Persiapan

  1. Campurkan bahan kering seperti tepung terigu, gula, garam, susu bubuk dalam satu wadah.
  2. Ragi Saf-instant® Gold Label, agar adonan mengembang sempurna.
  3. Baker’s Bonus A, sebagai improver, agar adonan anda mengembang maximal.
  4. IBIS Blue agar kelembutan roti lebih tahan lama.
  5. Aduk adonan menggunakan mixer, lalu masukkan air, dan telur.
  6. Aduk adonan sampai setengah kalis.
  7. Kemudian tambahkan butter dan aduk kembali.
  8. Aduk sampai kalis, kemudian angkat.
  9. Tutup adonan menggunakan plastik, dan istirahatkan selama 10 menit.

Membentuk

  1. Potong dan timbang adonan seberat 50 gram.
  2. Bulatkan semua adonan yang telah di potong-potong.
  3. Tutup adonan dengan plastik, dan istirahatkan selama 5 menit.
  4. Pipihkan dan gulung memanjang adonan, sekitar 30cm.
  5. Gulung adonan saling berlawanan arah, ke depan dan belakang, membentuk lilitan.
  6. Gabungkan kedua ujung adonan, angkat dan lilitkan menyerupai tali tambang.

Memanggang

  1. Susun adonan yang telah terbentuk, diatas loyang.
  2. Proofing adonan selama 45 menit, hingga mengembang sempurna.

Menggoreng

  1. Setelah adonan mengembang goreng dalam minyak panas.
  2. Tunggu hingga berwarna kecokelatan atau selama 5 menit.
  3. Angkat dan tiriskan donut yang telah matang.

Menyusun

  1. Taburi campuran gula pasir dan kayu manis sebagai toping
