Sajikan hangat dengan mentega dan madu atau bersama stew sapi Irlandia yang hangat

Guinness (suhu ruangan)120ml
Air (hangat)60ml
Garam5g
Ragi kering instan Saf-instant® Emas5g
Margarin / Mentega50g

MENYIAPKAN ADONAN

  1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mixer lalu aduk rata sampai adonan halus.
  2. Masukkan adonan ke dalam mangkuk yang sudah diolesi minyak, tutup dengan cling wrap atau kain lembap.
  3. Diamkan selama 1 jam pada suhu ruangan atau 12 jam di dalam lemari pendingin.

MEMBENTUK

  1. Cetak adonan menjadi berbentuk oval dan guling-gulingkan di atas serpihan oat.
  2. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang roti.
  3. Tutup loyang dan diamkan selama 2 jam pada suhu hangat.

MEMANGGANG

  1. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200˚C.
  2. Panggang selama 25 menit pada suhu 200˚C.
  3. Biarkan dingin sebelum disajikan.
