Persiapan

  1. Siapkan wadah kemudian campurkan air, gula pasir, dan olive oil.
  2. Tambahkan ragi Saf-instant® Gold, agar adonan mengembang dengan sempurna.
  3. Campurkan tepung protein tinggi dengan Baker’s Bonus A, agar adonan mengembang dengan maksimal.
  4. Campurkan adukan tepung ke dalam air, dan tambahkan garam.
  5. Aduk hingga kental dan berbentuk adonan.

Membentuk

  1. Tutup dengan plastik, kemudian istirahatkan selama 15 menit.
  2. Aduk lipat adonan, kemudian tutup dengan plastik dan istirahatkan lagi selama 15 menit.
  3. Aduk lipat adonan lagi, kemudian tutup dengan plastik dan istirahatkan kembali selama 15 menit.
  4. Aduk perlahan dan pindahkan kedalam loyang.
  5. Lapisi loyang dengan kertas dan olesi dengan olive oil.
  6. Ratakan adonan sesuai bentuk loyang dan tutup plastik kemudian diamkan selama 90 menit, hingga mengembang.

Toping

  1. Setelah mengembang, olesi permukaan adonan dengan olive oil.
  2. Taburi toping, oregano, parsley, thyme kering dan garam laut.
  3. Tekan permukaan adonan menggunakan jari tangan secara perlahan.

Memanggang

  1. Panggang adonan dalam oven dengan suhu 220°C selama 15 menit.
  2. Setelah matang, angkat dan diamkan hingga dingin kemudian potong sesuai selera.
