Persiapan

  1. Campurkan bahan kering, tepung protein tinggi, gula pasir, susu bubuk, garam.
  2. Tambahkan ragi Saf-Instant Gold, agar adonan mengembang dengan sempurna.
  3. Baker’s Bonus A, sebagai improver agar adonan mengembang maksimal.
  4. Ibis Blue agar kelembutan roti lebih tahan lama.
  5. Tambahkan telur dan air kemudian aduk hingga setengah kalis.
  6. Tambahkan butter kemudian aduk kembali hingga kalis.
    (Ciri-ciri adonan kalis, bila di tarik tidak mudah sobek dan transparan)

Membentuk

  1. Tutup dengan plastik, kemudian istirahatkan selama 10 menit.
  2. Potong dan timbang adonan dengan berat 70 gram.
  3. Tutup rapat dengan plastik, kemudian istirahatkan kembali selama 10 menit.
  4. Pipihkan kemudian beri isian nanas, dan rapatkan adonan.
  5. Pipihkan memanjang adonan yang sudah di beri isian nanas.
  6. Buat sayatan lurus pada tengah adonan.
  7. Gulung panjang dari atas ke bawah.
  8. Gulung melingkar buat seperti roda.

Toping

  1. Beri toping crumble pada permukaan adonan.
  2. Masukan ke dalam cetakan roti, kemudian susun di atas loyang.

Proofing

  1. Proofing selama 45 menit, hingga adonan mengembang sempurna.

Memanggang

  1. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 150°C selama 15 menit.
  2. Setelah sudah selesai di panggang, hidangan siap untuk disajikan.
