Persiapan

  1. Campurkan bahan-bahan barang ketring, tepung protein tinggi, tepung protein sedang, gula pasir, garam, susu bubuk.
  2. Tambahkan ragi Saf-instant® Gold, agar adonan mengembang sempurna.
  3. Baker’s Bonus A sebagai improver, agar adonan mengembang maksimal.
  4. IBIS Blue agar kelembutan roti lebih tahan lama.
  5. Aduk menggunakan mixer, kemudian masukan bahan basah, telur, air dan aduk hingga setegah kalis.
  6. Tambahkan butter, dan aduk kembali hingga adonan kalis.
    (ciri-ciri adonan kali adalah, bila ditarik tidak mudah sobek dan terlihat transparan.)

Membentuk

  1. Tutup dengan plastik, kemudian istirahatkan selama 10 menit.
  2. Pipihkan adonan, bentuk persegi empat dengan ketebalan 1mm.
  3. Campurkan butter dengan cinnamon sugar dan aduk hingga rata.
  4. Kemudian olesi pada permukaan adonan dan ratakan.
  5. Gulung adonan secara perlahan dan rapih.
  6. Potong kecil adonan, dengan ketebalan 3cm.

Proofing

  1. Olesi loyang dengan butter kemudian susun rapih adonan.
  2. Proofing adonan selama 1½ jam hingga mengembang sempurna.

Memanggang

  1. Setelah mengembang sempurna, panggang meggunakan oven dengan suhu 180°C selama 15 menit.

Menyusun

  1. Setelah matang, beri toping sesuai selera.
